What prompted you to want to develop a new play area?
We are a community owned pub and wanted to provide a community playground that would serve both families that are visiting the pub and also families in the local community as there is no other playground in the parish.

We have seen lots of children enjoying it and giving them somewhere to play while their parents enjoy relaxing in the outdoor seating area at our pub. It has helped make our pub a destination for families and not just couples.

What were the key elements that made Playforce stand out from other providers?
We liked the high level of natural wood used in the construction and the range that suited our situation of wanting a single piece that gave several play modes within a compact space.

What impact have you seen so far since the installation of your new play equipment?
We have seen lots of children enjoying it and giving them somewhere to play while their parents enjoy relaxing in the outdoor seating area at our pub. It has helped make our pub a destination for families and not just couples.

What are the biggest benefits you have seen for your community?
We now have a playground for the parish which helps make our pub the social hub of the community.
