Our Process

There are four easy steps to getting your Playforce school playground and regardless of the size or scope of your project with Playforce you'll be assigned a dedicated Customer Account Manager who will help to co-ordinate everything from our head office and ensure your experience is an enjoyable one.

Consultation

We’ll visit, we’ll meet, you’ll talk, we’ll listen. Getting things right relies on us spending time at your school or nursery, understanding what you need and want and finding out what your children think too. Our team of Outdoor Grounds Consultants are not only experts in the technicalities around the playground design and installation of play and learning areas, but they are experts in the curriculum, have a wealth of experience and ideas about how to get as much from your outdoor spaces as possible.

Playground Design

This is where the real magic happens. Where we take everything you’ve asked us for and transform it into a something real, a playground design utterly tailored to you. With a reputation for the very best quality, all Playforce equipment is designed to the British and European standards EN1176 for Playground Equipment and EN1177 for Impact Absorbing Playground Surfacing.

Installation

Making sure your school or nursery runs smoothly is our first priority and playground installation doesn’t have to be a disruption. As well as working around your schedule our hard-working installation teams will talk to the children about what they’re doing and we can even provide resources for teachers to use, to take advantage of the learning opportunities an installation presents. All of our installation teams are fully DBS checked and selected for their attention to detail and professional approach. They are also very happy to answer any questions from inquisitive children!

Playforce Care

On completion of your installation you will receive a copy of our Playforce Care manual which will provide you with information on guarantees, advice on maintenance and useful contact numbers should you need further support. We also offer Playforce Care inspection and training packages, delivered by a fully qualified RPII inspector, which are designed to help you to look after your investment and ensure the safety of your children for years to come.
