We don’t have to remind you that getting children active and having fun, as well as learning, outdoors is our #1 goal! It’s what gets us out of bed in the morning. So many of us here at Playforce HQ were inspired to develop our sporting and athletic abilities because we were inspired by the examples of others - whether that was watching the Olympics on TV, learning at school or joining after school clubs.
Back in 2018 we partnered with GameChanger Performance to offer Primary Schools a free Athletic Development Day, when you spend £5k or more on your outdoor project with us.
Well we have some important news… This offer ends at the end of June 2019! That’s only a few more weeks to get your free Athletic Development Day!
The days are designed to help schools:
- Measure the athletic abilities of pupils
- Engage children of all abilities in fun fitness sessions
- Build pupil’s confidence to try new activities and engage in a variety of sports
- Highlight areas to include in schools’ health and wellbeing strategy
- Help to identify where your PE and Sport Premium could be used for maximum impact
- Provide a benchmark measurement from which to evidence improvement
- Identify sporting talent

During the day the coaches delivered a range of challenges and fundamentals sessions to Key Stage 1 and 2, which measured performance.
