Celebrating International Womens Day at TCL and Playforce

We don’t have to tell you that Sunday 8th March is International Women’s Day. Here at Playforce we’re surrounded by amazing women but we thought we’d take the opportunity to celebrate some of the women associated with Playforce.  Meet… Tanya Wilsher - TCL Group Regional Relationship Manager

Regional Relationship Manager, Tanya, who works in TCL’s play division is passionate about the importance of outdoor activities in helping shape children’s futures.  Meet… Sophie Kelly - TCL Group Senior Sales Manager


Senior Sales Manager, Sophie, is passionate about using outdoor space to enrich the lives of children through the education process -  bringing to life what is learned in the classroom.

She, recently, led an initiative to teach primary school pupils some green fingered skills at a Taylor Wimpey development near Wigan.  Children from All Saints Catholic Primary School in Golborne took part in a half day planting workshop where they planted seeds and  bulbs and learned about the importance of caring for their environment. Read more...

 

 


 

 

Meet… Athlete Joanne Jackson

As part of our partnership with Sports for Schools we’ve been lucky enough to chat with GB Olympic swimmer and Bronze Medallist Joanne Jackson. Jo is a previous World Record Holder for the 400m Freestyle and is Britain’s most successful female swimmer of all time.
