In 1998, Edward and Rachael Webb secured a start up loan of £5,000 from the Prince’s Trust, and Playforce was born, with just five members of staff, working out of Edward and Rachael’s garage.
Things have changed a lot since then… In May 2008, we relocated our staff from overflowing offices in Holt, to a new home in Bowerhill Industrial Estate, which brought the Warehouse, Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing and Management teams all under one roof.
We have continued to grow and expand each year and our team now totals over 40. We have seven regional offices supported by our Wiltshire Headquarters and are proud to be an award winning company as well as a UK leader in the design and creation of innovative, educationally focused play environments for children.
