Louise, your Internal Sales Team Manager
Having moved from a Customer Account Manager role, Louise now manages our internal sales team and is a bit of a pro where talking to customers is concerned. As well as striving to hit team targets, Louise is also responsible for liaising between the operations, marketing and consultant departments and, most importantly, making sure the customers always have someone available at the end of the phone.
What I like most about working at Playforce
Playforce is unlike anywhere I’ve ever worked before. I’m often asked what a bad day is like here but I can honestly say that I’ve never had one (rather tacky, but it’s true). Top tip for teachers
The key to successful playgrounds (and what sets Playforce apart) is working with Headteachers to make a difference to the children’s learning environment. It really works best when they spend time with our consultants, talking about linking the outdoors to the curriculum, rather than just picking items from a list.
