Claire T, your Head of Market Development
Since joining in 2003, Claire has been responsible for setting up the sales department, this involved recruiting, developing and leading a brilliant team of hardworking and enthusiastic people through rapid growth success. During this time Playforce has achieved many awards including Wiltshre Business for the Year, Federation of Small Business Champions, plus being listed in the Fast Track 100 Fastest Growing Companies. Most recently Claire has focused on seeking out new opportunities for Playforce in terms of innovative product, service and partnership solutions.
What I most enjoy about working at Playforce
That providing outdoor resources and play equipment for schools is a fun and creative thing to do, and because we have our own product designers we can be flexible, enabling us to provide a personalised and bespoke service to our customers which they enjoy. Working at Playforce also enables me to combine five of my personal and academic interests into the role; education, sociology, leadership, health and children!
My favourite outdoor memory
Playing all sports as a young child – especially, hockey, swimming and netball… Plus school sports days… really any outdoor activities that involve fun, plus a healthy element of competition!
