We’ve been working closely and exclusively with the school for four years now to transform its outside environment. Working in a series of phased projects, we have designed a bespoke solution for the school that incorporates a fitness trail, amphitheatre, musical trail, wooden cabin, forest school equipment and outdoor furniture.

The projects have largely been financed by fundraising by the school’s active PTFA. Events like the Summer Fair and Sports Day generated funds for specific items, such as the outdoor furniture. The school has also made two successful Awards for All bids, resulting in grants which helped develop the fitness trail and forest school environment.

We provide as much practical help as possible to schools to support their fundraising efforts for outdoor facilities and Bretherton is no exception. Providing an itemised quotation was an important part of the school’s funding bid submission.
