Middle-class children are more likely to be over weight
A study published by the International Journal of Obesity said that children of wealthier parents are more likely to be over-weight than poorer ones.
The reason it gave for the findings was the rapidly increasing numbers of working mothers in the middle-class. They are forced to leave their children with nannies and nurses where not enough attention is paid to their diet and exercise.
