Playforce, a leading UK playground provider, has been listed in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100.
The accolade is the latest in a hugely successful year that has seen the company achieve Beacon status, scoop the prestigious Wiltshire Business of the Year title and the FSB Small Business Champions National Award for Manufacturing.
The company’s phenomenal growth has been recognised by The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 which has positioned Playforce as the 61st fastest growing company in the UK with an annual compound growth rate of 77%.
Launched in March 1998 by Managing Director Edward Webb with the help of a £5000 Prince’s Trust loan, Playforce has become the market leader in the provision of outdoor playground equipment for schools, with a reputation for outstanding products and service.
Edward Webb, Managing Director, was thrilled by the listing, stating ‘This is a great accolade and a credit to the passion and drive of our fantastic staff. They and I are committed to growing Playforce and with our move to new premises in the Spring we fully intend sales to double.’
