Diet link to bad behaviour
A survey of more than 10,000 children funded by Organix found children who regularly ate junk food were nearly three times more likely to behave badly than those who avoided it completely. The Food for the Brain report also linked good academic performance with a healthy diet containing plenty of vegetables, oily fish, wholegrains, nuts & seeds and water.
