Business Boom Creates New Jobs at Local Playground Equipment Company
Playforce, Wiltshire’s Business of the Year, has increased its sales team to cope with a significant growth in workload.
The company based at Holt near Trowbridge, which provides innovative playground equipment, has employed Brett Reynolds who has a background in sales and the leisure and fitness industries.
Brett, a dedicated and accomplished sportsman, was extremely impressed with the Playforce passion to promote fitness and activity in the youngest members of our society.
Brett said: “Health and fitness have always been extremely important to me and since the birth of my son I am increasingly aware how important it is to children. Playforce playground equipment educates socially, physically, emotionally and academically, which seems a perfect combination to me.
“I heard about this new position quite by chance when I bumped into an old colleague, Rosanne Gunning, at a motorway service station. She became a Playforce school grounds consultant last year and was so passionate about her work I was enthused by her and decided to apply for the job.”
Brett explained that he had looked into Playforce’s background and was also attracted to the company because it has such an impressive reputation and is developing and expanding rapidly.
His previous work experiences include being Regional Sales Manager for Quick Leisure Ltd, Area Marketing Executive for Premier Training International and Resort Manager for Ski Total in Austria.
“I already love it here,” said Brett. “There is such a positive vibe at this company. I’m very excited about this career change and I’m raring to get going.”
Brett will take over from Rosanne as Playforce sales consultant for the North as a recent surge in interest means Rosanne must now concentrate all her efforts in the London area.
